Art Max – Shipping Info

Most orders will be received by the customer within 5-7 working days of placing the order. Please allow longer for country areas and international orders. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. You will also be notified of any other delays beyond 10 days after placing your order.

All Art Max prices are quoted in Australian dollars, and for international customers your credit card company will calculate the exchange automatically.

Postage & Delivery

We ship using Australia Post. Rates are provided in the on-line checkout process  checkout and vary with destination and freight service chosen.

Returns & Exchanges

To return an item simply return with original packaging and please indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks of order date - unused. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time. We will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. Al orders are subject to availability of stock, and we reserve the right to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.

Art Max is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
